==First sighting?==
Before Kid Rhino released them, these were first revealed at a Botcon panel--I think it was Paul Cannon's--sometime around '99 or '00.  Can anyone confirm that?  --[[User:Thylacine 2000|Thylacine 2000]] 14:43, 10 June 2010 (EDT)

Is Seasrpay actually voiced by his normal VA in his PSA? Maybe I'm misremembering, but he sounds... off. --M Sipher 01:11, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

I'm 100% positive that he's got Hound's VA in that PSA (they're on you tube for a quick reference http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zss5lSV-bis ). That would mean he's voiced by Ken Sansom instead of Allen Oppenheimer. I have no proof to go by other than my ears, but they aren't bad. --DrSpengler 01:27, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

Stealing cars? Was there some kind of rash of car-theft amongst 6-to-10-year-olds in the mid-1980s that led them to put this on Transformers? --Ratbat 00:19, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

Minors being taken along for Joyrides when their older brothers stole cars in poor urban centers where the kids (for lack of post-school daycare) tagged along with their older siblings, yeah.
But I suspect it's a 'get 'em while they're young' tactic- instill the value early so they don't steal cars after they graduate out of TF's target demographic. (This is how most arson prevention programs work now.) -Derik 00:44, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
