I think I may have just found the issue. Did you access Ngsmoov after the server move? I'm trying to recall if we had to re-register accounts for that. We either had to do it then, or we had to do it after the Bookworm crash.--[[User:Rosicrucian|Rosicrucian]][[User Talk:Rosicrucian|Talk]] 01:50, 13 June 2010 (EDT) | I think I may have just found the issue. I haven't registered since last year's BotCon, so it had been a while. If I need to re-register, how would I go about it? Thanks for looking into it! Hey uh... that summary you did for the second Botcon 2009 promo was good, but you ended up accidentally putting it in place of the universal episode stub template that's substituted into dozens, possibly even hundreds of cartoon episode articles. I've moved it to the right place for you, but just a heads-up.--RosicrucianTalk 19:31, 2 May 2009 (EDT)
Need some admin help. I forgot which email I used for this login name. Had to make a new one but would prefer to use Ngsmoov. Please contact me via email for verification of my identity. Thanks! June 12, 2010 --Randomus primeTalk
- You could use the "E-mail this user" function to send yourself an email and see which address it turns up at. --abates 05:10, 12 June 2010 (EDT)
- Hi Abates. I actually tried that and I kept getting a message to log in even though I was already logged in. Also, I clicked confirm my email and I haven't received anything for the Randomus Prime user acct. Had even clicked send password and checked all my email accts and nothing. Makes me wonder if that feature is not working. Any chance you or someone could try to send an email to Ngsmoov and test this for me? Thanks. I'd really appreciate it.Randomus primeTalk
- I've just used the "E-mail this user" function, and didn't run into any problems. When I ticked the option to send me a copy of the email, it ended up in my gmail spam folder, so I'd suggest checking the spam folders on your email accounts as well. --abates 01:24, 13 June 2010 (EDT)
