Flip Sides is a Decepticon from the Transformers Animated continuity family.
Totally not related in any way to Rosanna.

Flip Sides is a Female Transformer, as well as a Decepticon spy. She's deep cover, and intelligence reports suggest that she may not even be aware that she is a Decepticon, her actual personality buried deep within her subroutines, hidden behind the false persona that Decepticon spymasters constructed for her. Though nothing is conclusive yet, Autobot intelligence believes her to be paced highly within the entertainment guild.
