Bridge stumbled upon Andy and a woman he'd rescued named Sarah being attacked by a giant jaguar. He saved them by throwing a homemade bomb at it. Together they tried to escape, but ended up trapped in the tunnels under the city. All Hail Megatron issue 2
Bridge supported Andy as he took over and found himself surprised at the leadership ability of a man who couldn't tell a jaguar from a dog. Sadly, it was not to be. All Hail Megatron issue 3
After Andy's death, Bridge lost hope and it wasn't until Sarah gave him a bit of a reality check that he took on the role of the survivors' leader. All Hail Megatron issue 4
Bridge and Sarah were hiding out in Gloomingdale's where they ran into Captain Spike Witwicky. Witwicky convinced them to help take the fight to the Decepticons with a weapon reverse-engineered from Shockwave. Another man named Charles joined their group to get revenge for the death of his son. They were attacked by Rumble, but Spike and Charles managed to take him out. Unfortunately, the EU was still intent on nuking New York City. All Hail Megatron issue 9
Spike told the group that they shouldn't help him use the experimental weapon, but Bridge and the others insisted, since they would die in the nuclear explosion anyway. All Hail Megatron issue 11 After the Autobots arrived, Bridge witnessed the fight between Optimus Prime and Megatron, and hoped Prime was on the humans' side. When the Decepticons decided to flee, Bridge urged Spike to shoot at Megatron, which he did, crippling him enough to Optimus Prime to fully end the fight. Thundercracker prevented the nuke from falling on the city so Bridge and crew survived. All Hail Megatron issue 12
