The Activators are a size class of toy originally released as part of the Transformers Animated toy line. They are chunky, small, scout-sized figures with spring loaded autotransformation from vehicle to robot transformations, but must be hand-transformed back into vehicle mode. The new Transformers toyline also contains Activators, though these represent characters from the movie franchise and are larger than previous Activators (similar in size to Deluxe-class figures).
