Naoto Tsushima (津島直人 Tsushima Naoto), also known as NAOTO, born January 25, 1973, is a Japanese manga artist (or 漫画家, mangaka) from Tokyo. He majorly works on boy comics and robot-related comics such as Super Robot Wars and Gundam. His works can be spotted in Comic Bom Bom, Super Robot Magazine, and Gundam Ace.

Notes
- Before creating The Cool for Kerokero Ace, Tsushima's previous work for the publication was the final volume of SD Gundam Sangokuden. In tribute to this he created a series of fan art which pairs characters from The Cool/Animated with Sangokuden counterparts.
