Hiroki Takahashi (高橋 広樹 Takahashi Hiroki), born September 7, 1974, is a Japanese voice actor. He has played numerous roles such as Harima Kenji in School Rumble, Katsuya Jonouchi (Joey Wheeler) in Yu-Gi-Oh! and Ryu in later Street Fighter games.
