TV-Loonland is a German brand management company. In 2000, Loonland acquired Sunbow Productions from Sony Wonder and subsequently became the master license holder of several Hasbro television series, including The Transformers and G.I. Joe , as well as the Japanese Transformers spin-off series The Headmasters, Super-God Masterforce and Victory. Soon afterwards, Loonland purchased UK DVD distributor Metrodome.
On May 14, 2008, Hasbro announced it had reacquired the worldwide distribution rights of the television series featuring their characters from TV-Loonland.[1]
