When the Junkions attacked the Autobots stranded on their planet, Trashbin targeted Arcee. Riding another Junkion up next to her, he smashed his axe against her side repeatedly. Arcee retaliated by driving a spike into his companion/vehicle.
Like everything else the Autobots threw at the Junkions, it didn't stop one or the other. Fortunately, Hot Rod's party found its way to the battle. Hot Rod offered the universal greeting and an energon goodie to the Junkions, which convinced them that the Autobots were not enemies. The two groups then spontaneously began to celebrate their newly formed alliance. The Transformers: The Movie
Notes
- Trashbin was never named in any fiction; his name (and the names of many other Junkions) comes from character designer's notes, revealed in The Complete Ark.
- Trashbin is one of the movie's "extra" Junkions, whose designs were mostly a mix and match of each other's parts. In Trashbin's case, his chest, legs and forearms are based on Scrapheap's and therefore share similarities with Rubbish's and Re-Cycle's. His abdomen is akin to Wasteoid Gamma's.
