Local residents
Cheyene locals have gray skin, blue hair, pointed ears, and fangs. They live a rugged, small town lifestyle with "cowboys", merchants, and other townsfolk. They are friendly enough, but don't take kindly to foreigners who move in and use their psychic powers to feed off of the emotions and sensations of their neighbors, leaving them as dry husks. But really, who would?
