Jazz first tested out his new sound system a safe distance from Autobot Headquarters, and managed to vibrate the nearby cliff face enough that it managed to disintegrate. When he returned to headquarters, it was to find that the rest of the Autobots had been turned evil by Megatron's personality destabilizer. After Sparkplug Witwicky whipped up an attitude exchanger, Jazz used his sound and light show to distract Bluestreak long enough for Sparkplug to use the new device to reverse the destabilizer's effects.
