Robert Stack (January 13 1919 - May 14 2003) was an American actor and voice actor. Throughout a long career, he is perhaps best remembered for the role of Elliot Ness in the original version of the television series The Untouchables, as the host of Unsolved Mysteries, and as Captain Rex Kramer (basically, a parody of himself) in Airplane!.
