- Hightower is a Decepticon from from the Universe continuity.
Hightower is one of the six Micromaster Constructicons who combine into Constructicon Devastator, Hightower forming his left arm. Hightower's personality, like that of his comrades, is unknown. It is also unknown what, if any, connection he has with the other cranes named "Hightower" (or green-and-purple cranes in general) throughout the multiverse - not to mention the one in his own universe.

- A redeco of Iron Lift, Hightower transforms into a crane. He forms the left arm of Constructicon Devastator.
- A Kay-Bee stores exclusive, he was sold on an individual card with the hips and upper legs to Devastator. He and the other Micromaster Constructicons were also ultimately available from Sears during Christmastime, and K-Mart's online store.
Trivia
- Hightower is clearly an homage to the Generation 1 Constructicon Hook. The fact that several of his equally-homage-y teammates did keep their G1 names suggests that the use of "Hightower" was likely due to trademark issues at the time.
