Thank you for that.  That picture made my day.  Now i think it's time to remove the Saving Private Ryan "reference" from Darkness Rising part IV

  • The way Optimus was infected by the plague was similar to how Frank was infected by the rage virus in the film 28 Days Later.

I have said this a few times, but I'll say it again. Similar situations aren't references. If there's a chance that the similarities are an accident, odds are it's not a reference.

Two unrelated things may have some kind of vague, remote, tiny, tenuous similarity, but that alone does not a reference make. Please try to avoid grasping at straws.
