Oil Pan is a Decepticon from the live-action film series continuity family.
The Skystalker to Breacher's Groundshaker?

The slippery Oil Pan is a master of not getting himself caught. He uses human traffic to his advantage, knowing the Autobots are reluctant to open fire and risk the safety of innocents. He fools Autobots into thinking he is trapped, only to leave his pursuers frustrated and impotent as he peels away.
