Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor and musician. He is best known for portraying Wakko Warner and Walter Wolf on Animaniacs, Hunter on Road Rovers and Captain Hero on Drawn Together. He is also the announcer on America's Funniest Home Videos.
Beyond just voice acting, he is tapped very frequently to sing musical numbers for cartoons, doing the insert songs for many recent Scooby-Doo cartoons and films, such as Scooby-Doo: Camp Scare, and performing most of the songs not sung by the main cast in Disney's Phineas and Ferb. Outside of cartoons, Harnell is the lead singer of a rock band named Rock Sugar that does epic mash-ups of well-known pop, rock and metal songs.
