Cancer is a human and Decepticon Headmaster from the Masterforce portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
If I keep looking like a girl maybe they'll put me in Kiss Players!

The unfortunately named Cancer is heir to a secret Chinese single-blow killing technique called the Super Dragon Fist (超竜拳), which involves kicking the opponent to death. Yes, you read that right. This fist-kick is powerful enough to even knock the Pretender Gilmer off his feet. Though he tries to keep a tough-guy image, he's really just a typical little kid, dying for attention. He has become the surrogate son of Mega, who dotes over him constantly. His best buddy is his little robot companion/handgun, Browning.

That's one bad case of crabs
Cancer's transtector allegedly has a "crab mode", but it's more like a bipedal creature grew out of the underside of a crab, and wears the crustacean as a hat. His tail detaches into a handheld shield...mace...gun...whatever. There is a compartment which allows Cancer to ride in the transtector's tummy. It hinges, most unfortunately, at his groin.
In robot mode, like all Headmaster toys, the transtector has a flip-down panel on his chest which covers a spring-loaded mini-Tech-Spec-meter which gives readouts for Speed, Strength and Intelligence. The tumblers are activated when Cancer (or any other Headmaster unit) is plugged into the neck socket. Cancer has transtector's face plainly visible on his back because, as a smaller Headmaster toy, he lacks the flip-down panel featured on larger 1987 Headmasters.
This mold was used for Squeezeplay in the U.S.
