Dominating the Marine City skyline, Marine Tower acts as city hall. At its top is Mayor Burns's office.

During Drillhorn's convoluted scheme to hijack an oil tanker, the Dinoforce planted a neutron bomb at the top of Marine Tower. Blacker was only able to discover the bomb's whereabouts by listening in on Leozack. Star Saber, Braver and Laster rushed to the tower, only to encounter the Dinoforce, who were lying in wait to protect the bomb.
While Braver took the V-Star to the top of the tower, Star Saber and Laster engaged the Dinoforce in combat until Blacker was able to join them. Following the Dinoforce's merging into Dinoking, the combiner inadvertently damaged the tower by falling against it. Blacker and Laster also drove up the side of the building so they could deliver kicks to Dinoking's head.
