Seizō Katō (加藤 精三 Katō Seizō), born February 14, 1927 in Tokyo, is a veteran Japanese voice actor who works for Haikyo. Some of his most notable roles include Count Magnus Lee from Vampire Hunter D, Dr. Barcas from The Guyver, Gamo Whiskey from Cyborg 009, Hazanko from Outlaw Star, Alien Mephilas from Ultra Series and a one-off stint as Inspector Zenigata in Lupin III: The Fuma Conspiracy.
