The Alpha-Scenario is a mysterious plan of action given by the Decepticons to at least two of their facsimile constructs placed in high places in the United States government. What kind of nefarious plans do the Decepticons have in store? What will it mean for the stability of human civilization? Can the Autobots or Skywatch stop it in time!?!?
