- Epsilon Holdings is a human organization in IDW's Generation 1 continuity family and the Animated continuity family.

Epsilon Holdings is the Dallas, Texas front for Scorponok's Machination. They have access to numerous off-world technologies, such as Headmaster and reverse-pretender technology.
