Jim Byrnes (born September 22, 1948), also credited as Jim Byrne and James Thomas Byrnes, is an American/Canadian actor and accomplished blues musician. He is also known for the role of Dr. Light in the 90s Mega Man cartoon as well as Joe Dawson in the Highlander television series, and the later motion pictures of that franchise. He also prominently voiced the Grand Vizier on War Planets, and Nick Fury in X-Men: Evolution.
