- Storm Surge is a Decepticon from the Cybertron portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family via the 2008 universe series.
Put in charge of aquatic assaults by Megatron, Storm Surge's idea of battle tactics is to spew a confusing and overwhelming barrage of firepower into the air from the surface of the water.
