The National Enquirer published a front page story claiming that the battle in Mission City was caused by Elvis's robot alien offspring. Seymour Simmons found a copy of the paper and was so incensed by the story that he threw it against a nearby wall. A few moments later, he was given a $50 littering fine by a passing cop.
