HasTak was a fan term used to refer collectively to Hasbro and Takara, particularly in situations where it wasn't clear which company deserved the lion's share of credit (or blame) for something.
The term has largely fallen out of use since Takara merged with Tomy. Occasionally, the alternative Hastakomy is used in its place.
