Transformers: Dark of the Moon — The Score is an album featuring the original instrumental music composed by Steve Jablonsky for the live-action sequel Transformers: Dark of the Moon. The CD of this score was planned for release by Warner Bros. on the same day as Dark of the Moon's rock/pop album, but was delayed as Michael Bay did not have time to give the CD his approval. Jablonsky discussed an August CD release, with a special edition to coincide with the Blu-ray.<ref>Steve Jablonsky's e-mail to Christopher Knight.</ref> The digital download version, complete with booklet, was released on iTunes on June 29, 2011. This album contains roughly 59 minutes of the movie's score.

Sentinel Prime (3:16) - Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin leave the moon, land on Earth, the camera zooms in on Sentinel's eye, title; Optimus explains that Sentinel Prime is aboard the Ark to Charlotte Mearing, Buzz Aldrin, and other NASA officials. Optimus's and Sentinel's conversation at sunset.
  3. Lost Signal (4:08) - the Autobots destroy an illegal nuclear base; NEST team exploring Chernobyl
  4. In Time You'll See (3:16) - Sentinel reveals he is working with Megatron, kills Ironhide, and devastates the NEST base.
  5. Impress Me (3:00) - Sam's first conversation with Bruce Brazos
  6. We Were Gods Once (4:22) - Sentinel brings forth an army of Decepticons from the Moon via space bridge; Sentinel spares Optimus, declaring he is acting only for Cybertron's survival.
  7. Battle (3:40) - Dino, Bumblebee, and Sideswipe battle the Dreads on the highway; Lennox's men head for Chicago while the Autobots heroically race down the streets of Chicago into battle.

  14. It's Our Fight (6:32) - Starts when NEST prepare their basejumps to attack Shockwave and others; Optimus kills most of the remaining Decepticons in Chicago; the combined forces of Optimus, the Autobots, and NEST battle Sentinel; Sam fights Dylan.
  15. I'm Just The Messenger (4:25) - Sentinel battles Optimus; Carly convinces Megatron to fight Sentinel; Optimus is nearly killed by Sentinel before Megatron intervenes; Sam kills Dylan; the Autobots disable the Pillar; Optimus kills Megatron and then Sentinel.
