Joshua Seth (born Joshua Seth Freeman on December 2, 1970) is an American voice actor and hypnotist. Among his better-known roles are Cyborg 009 on Cyborg 009, Taichi "Tai" Kamiya on Digimon, and Tetsuo in the 2001 dub of Akira. His last role was that of The Royal Crown Polisher on The Spongebob Squarepants Movie.
He is currently doing hypnosis & stage comedy.
