Shanix is a currency used across a number of alien cultures. It takes the form of Transformer-scaled golden coins.
Fiction
Marvel UK Generation 1 comics
Shanix was the form of currency offered by the Autobots for bounty on Galvatron in the year 2007. Death's Head found the prospect of 10,000 Shanix reward for the capture of Galvatron to be enticing. Wanted: Galvatron — Dead or Alive!
When Rodimus Prime retracted the bounty, the Decepticons approached Death's Head with an offer of 10,000 Shanix if he would kill Rodimus. Of course, he accepted. Rodimus fought back and instead offered him 10,000 Shanix in advance if Death's Head would bring him the heads of Cyclonus and Scourge. Of course, he accepted. Headhunt
