- Neutro is an Autobot Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Neutro is the hardest-working member of the Construction Patrol. He accepts the destruction of war with stoicism. He secretly longs for the fighting to be over so he can return to his true vocation: interpretive sculpture.[1]
In Japan, Neutro is the leader of the "Build Patrol Team" rather than Takedown.

- Neutro transforms into a mainly yellow bulldozer. He was only available in a four-pack with his teammates Crumble, Groundpounder and Takedown.
