The Animation Station was a cartoon programming block that ran early mornings on The Sci-Fi Channel from 1995 to 1997. Hosted by a pair of stop-motion cyclopean robots, The Animation Station aired numerous science fiction-related cartoons during its two year run, including The New Adventures of Gigantor, Star Wars: Droids and Star Wars: Ewoks.

It also reran The Transformers, though it notoriously edited the series for time in order to accommodate longer commercial breaks. It also used a unique version of the title sequence, which featured the season 2 animation set to the season 3 rendition of the theme song.

The Animation Station replaced Cartoon Quest, The Sci-Fi Channel programming block which previously reran episodes of The Transformers.
