Kōzō Shioya (塩屋浩三 Shioya Kōzō) is a Japanese veteran voice actor born on August 18, 1955 in Kagoshima Prefecture. He is still represented by Aoni Production. He may be best known as Majin Buu in Dragon Ball Z and Isamu Amami and Polonaise in GaoGaiGar. He also voiced various characters from Thomas & Friends, including Duck the Great Western Engine.
His younger brother is voice actor Yoku Shioya.
