Some of the popular anime titles include Neon Genesis Evangelion, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Noir, and Azumanga-Daioh. TV Aichi is a network station under them.
From October 1, 1997 to December 27, 2000, a Transformers program aired in TV Tokyo's Wednesday, 6:30pm timeslot without losing the spot to another program. The streak was eventually broken by The Powerpuff Girls.
