Felix and his cohort Skunge were considered the best bounty hunters in Nevada. Felix was known for his technological savvy, and after using a laser microphone to help hunt down wanted men in a hotel, the local law enforcement pointed Felix and Skunge to a poster from the Z Foundation offering $50,000 for the capture of any Transformer. Felix and Skunge decided to relocate to New York City to take them up on it. Ca$h and Car-nage!
