Kazuyuki Okitsu (興津和幸, Okitsu Kazuyuki) is a Japanese voice actor (born March 8, 1980). In terms of anime, he has voiced multiple characters in programs such as Naruto and the Bakuman franchise. Perhaps his best known role is as Jonathan Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. In the world of dubbing, he has played Braeburn in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
