Bill Forster (born February 24, 1973) is an author and artist with IDW Publishing. Along with Jim Sorenson, he restored and did layouts of character designs in the Ark books.

He also, with full licensing from Hasbro, got a tattoo of Victory Leo as part of the television show called LA Ink on TLC.[1]. The original air date of Bill receiving the tattoo was August 20, 2009.
