- Arachnicons are are Transformers from the Aligned continuity family.
Arachnicons are a sub-type of Transformer with what humans would refer to as "spider-like" features. They apparently have a tendency toward multiple limbs and the ability to spin mesh steal webbing.

Notes
- The description of Dr. Cogwheel in the Covenant makes it seem very likely that Airachnid is a member of the type as well.
- Airachnid seems to possess the unexplained ability to control/dominate Insecticons. Whether this is a natural Archnicon ability is unknown.
