- Due to being in the same scene/panel as other primes in the comic, this Optimus Prime is thus considered a separate character.
- Optimus Prime (Music Label) is made from existing Kre-O parts like all non-toy robot Kreons in these comics, in this case he uses a plain-white Optimus Prime helmet.
- Optimus Prime (Music Label) is a tribute to the Music Label Convoy toy (which has an functional iPod speaker as the trailer).
