"EXILE Convoy" is a Autobot from the Kre-O continuity family.

"EXILE Convoy" represents a shameful promotional piece of plastic for some Japanese band.

"EXILE Convoy" was ~~making Takara fools of themselves~~ standing above a giant speaker in defense against the Decepticon kreons. Soundwave's Trap? Stop Operation Brainwash Humanity!.

Due to being in the same scene/panel as the actual Optimus Prime Kreon in the comic, this guy is considered a separate character.
"EXILE Convoy" is made from existing Kre-O parts like all non-toy robot Kreons in these comics. In his case he's a 100% Optimus Prime repaint made to look worse.
He is a homage to the infamous Transformers Music Label EXILE x TRANSFORMERS Convoy.
