Fiction

Wings Universe

Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.

The burly Terror-Tread and Cement-Head were brothers working for Rage and his Stormtroopers during the early days of the Decepticon rebellion. When Rage's troops attacked Median to uncover the Heart of the Dragon, Terror-Tread and Cement-Head gleefully joined in the fight against the Elite Guard soldiers stationed there. After scattering the Autobots forces, the brothers used their unique cubic vehicle modes to plow into one another, cutting off the Autobots' pursuit of Rage and his lackeys. During the fight, however, Terror-Tread had stepped on Over-Run's attack drone, whose location beacon was still firing. The Elite Guard used this signal to trace the Stormtroopers back to the Metrotitan. Terror-Tread and Cement-Head rushed out to greet their playmates again, and eagerly prepared to slam into one another, with the Autobots caught in the middle. At Onslaught's direction, though, Swindle used Vortex's semi-automatic glue gun to catch the bash brothers when they collided, leaving them stuck together and hopelessly unable to agree on a single direction to drive in. Generation 1

  • Cannon Transport (Micromaster Combiner Transport, 1990)
A redeco of Sledge, Cement-Head transforms into the front half of a blue dump truck trailer which is intended to be combined with his partner Terror-Tread to form a complete dump truck. Of course, he can combine with any other Micromaster Combiner or Combiner Transport as well to form new (made-up) vehicles.
He was sold only with Terror-Tread and the Cannon Transport, a heavily armed truck-like thing that transforms into a battle base.
This mold was also used to make the Return of Convoy Autobot Sledge.

Notes

  • The Cannon Transport's box-art incorrectly colors Cement-Head's torso and helmet orange.
