Neil Ross (born December 31, 1944) is an American voice actor (though born in the UK). He is best known for several roles, including Shipwreck and Dusty from G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Hasbro crossover character Hector Ramirez from G.I. Joe, Inhumanoids and Jem and the Holograms, Inexplicably Australian Wolverine from Pryde of the X-Men, Keith from Voltron, Rambo from Rambo: The Animated Series and, fittingly enough, Han Solo in various Star Wars video games.

Notes
- Despite voicing Hector Ramirez in every other TV series he appeared in, The Transformers is the only one in which Ross did not perform the character. The part was played by both Frank Welker and John Stephenson.
- Ross was one of the eight voice actors featured in Shout! Factory's cast reunion in the 25th Anniversary "Matrix of Leadership" Collection of the original series.
