Hunter was at a construction site with Walker when they become trapped by a flash flood. A bulldozer and police car soon arrived, revealing themselves to be Rescue Bots. - This toy was sold under the names "Jack Tracker" and "Billy Blastoff". He comes equipped with a jet pack.
- Pressing the yellow button on the jet pack causes the thrusters to spin in opposite directions, simulating flight. The wings can be pushed in and a yellow tab lowered to transform the jet pack into a rescue tool of unclear type for Chase the Police Bot; pushing the yellow nose section in can cause the wings to pop back out.
