William E. Martin is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. As a voice actor, some of his better known roles include the Rock Man from The Point, the King of Nightmares from Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumeberland and as the Shredder in the later seasons of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
He also wrote the screenplay for the 1987 film Harry and the Hendersons.
