Scout is a class from the Dark of the Moon video game's multiplayer mode.

Pick a scout if you like to sneak around, drive like a maniac or snipe dudes from across the map. They attack with support weaponry and use machine guns in vehicle mode. Scouts transform into cars.

Autobot

  • Bumblebee
  • Mirage
    • Primary Weapon: Shotgun
    • Primary Ability: Cloaking

Secondary Weapons

Scouts can also equip one of these three weapons:

  • Sniper Rifle
  • Submachine Gun
  • Double Rocket Launcher

Secondary Abilities

Scouts can eventually choose one from three different secondary abilities:

  • Dash: Quickly dash in any direction.
  • Mark Target: Tags an enemy with an electromagnetic pulse which weakens their armor and reveals their location. (Level 5)
  • Orbital Beacon: Identify enemy unit locations on the battlefield. (Level 10)

Upgrades

Scouts can eventually choose up to two upgrades to augment their abilities:
Offensive

  • Roll Out: Increases ram damage (Level 3)
  • Nemesis Maker: Adds explosive grenade molecules which increase Flak Grenade's damage radius. (Level 7)
  • Backstab: Gives Melee damage bonus when attacking from behind. (Level 10)
  • Explosive Capacitor: Carry an extra grenade. (Level 12)
  • Sharp Shooter: Reduces the spread for all weapons. (Level 16)
  • Martyrdom: Drop Thermo Mines in inventory when killed. (Level 20)

Defensive

  • Weapons Stabilizer: Reduces the kickback when firing weapons. (Level 1)
  • First Aid: Decreases health regeneration delay. (Level 5)
  • Leg Servos: Grants faster footspeed. (Level 8)
  • Improved Heat Sink: Reload time for all weapons decreased. (Level 10)
  • Fast Health Regen: Speeds up health regeneration. (Level 14)
  • Flak Armor: Reduces explosion damage. (Level 17)
  • Health Matrix: Gives health for every kill. (Level 20)

Killstreaks

After killing enough guys without dying, every class can use special abilities. The scouts' are:

  • Orbital Beacon 2.0 (3 kills): Marks all enemies for all teammates.
  • Electromagnetic Pulse (5 kills): Jams enemy team's ability.
  • Overshield Matrix (7 kills): Teammates all receive Overshields.
