- The Council is a human organization from the St. Michael Story Books portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Council is the governing body responsible for the Nova Suspension Bridge. There are both male and female Councillors.

The Council convened to decide the fate of Sideswipe after his apparent destruction of the Nova Suspension Bridge. Councillor Crabtree, using a large cardboard standee to represent Sideswipe, argued against his favor.
