Steven Jay Blum (born in Santa Monica, California, on April 28th, 1965) is an American voice actor. He is best known for roles such as Spike Spiegel on Cowboy Bebop, Roger Smith on Big-O, Jaimie on Megas XLR, a crapload of Digimon and the radio voice for 7-11.
