- Blackwater Prison is a location from the Animated continuity family.

Having its fair share of super-villains, Detroit needs somewhere to hold said super-villains when they're caught. Blackwater Prison is that somewhere. Loaded with specialized containment, Blackwater is ready to put new residents on ice. Unfortunately like all super-villain prisons, it's also about as hard to escape from as a paper bag.
