After Galvatron crashlanded in Tokyo, devastating the city, Japanese opinion of all Transformers (even Autobots) began to become violently negative. To help the people of Tokyo, and to improve Autobot publicity, an unknown Autobot took on the form of Pepsi Convoy. In 2008, Hasbro released a Robot Heroes figure of Dispensor, a Mountain Dew vending machine Transformer seen in the film. However, the figure is adorned with no Mountain Dew logos, so it's apparently not an official PepsiCo promotion product
