Marvel Comics continuity
Woolworth's appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.
While on reconnaissance in Greater Portland, Tracks came across Rumble in an alley behind Woolworth's. Rumble smashed him and left him for dead there. In his alternate mode, Tracks was found and taken into possession by J.D., who had wandered into the alley. Missing in Action
Toys
The British branch of Woolworth's separated from its parent company a few years before the beginning of the Transformers franchise, in 1982, and became known as Woolworths. It ceased trading and went into liquidation in 2009, but during its lifespan, it carried several exclusive Transformers toys for the UK market.
