Louie is Gutt's henchmen on the planet of Pz-Zazz. He is trying to find some mystical bird statue for his boss.

Louie and his men were close to finding the statue when they ran into B'hgdad's men. They got into a firefight while some robots took the bird. His boss wasn't happy. Bird of Prey!
