Pak Milaton is a human from the Legends anthology portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Pak Milaton is Abdul Fakkadi's son-in-law. That's pretty much all you need to know about him, because he got his position of munitions dealer in the Carbombian Protection League through sheer nepotism. He's not terribly good at his job, which is probably why Fakkadi seems to organise the weapons himself.

Transformers Legends anthology

Milaton accompanied Fakkadi to a ruined university in the south of Betah, to an arms trade with Swindle. When Swindle said that it would take another year if they wanted more powerful weapons than those he'd supplied, Milaton seemed prepared to wait, but Fakkadi insisted that they needed weapons now. No sooner was the deal done, that NATO forces swooped in to arrest all present. Milaton tried to come to the aid of his father-in-law, only to be tackled by Captain Simmons. Two for the Price of One
